Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, duty or taxes, etc. Please remember that you may see a different amount charged on your statement which will be due to your country's exchange rate.

What shipping methods are available?

All packages are shipped Standard courier service.

How long will my order take to process and ship?

Our coffees are roasted every Monday with our main shipping days Wednesday and Friday.

How quickly will I receive my order after shipment?

We use Royal Mail's 24hr service in the UK so shipping generally takes 1 business days in addition to the initial processing time.

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks and will depend on your location, postal service and the amount of time your package takes to get through your customs department.

Shipping times can take longer during busy holiday seasons.

Once your orders ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. Those that created an account during checkout, may also login to their account to view the status of their order. Once you receive a tracking number, please follow it carefully and if you have any questions regarding the status of your order please contact us. Meeple Coffee cannot assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages that show a delivered status. 

'Equipment' and Merch Orders & Shipping

Why do I not receive my equipment and merch with my coffee?

Depending on what you purchase, we may have inventory in-stock or it might be created to order.

Merch created to order will get to you slower, as we do not keep inventory of them.  However, this allows us to have a lot more options for products, designs & colours and usually means we can ship them from a fulfillment center in the country you order from.

When will my order ship?

Non coffee orders generally ship within 2-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends, or public holidays. If there are multiple items in your order, please note that items may ship separately.

How quickly will I receive my order after shipment?

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days in addition to the initial processing time.

International shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks and will depend on your location, postal service and the amount of time your package takes to get through your customs department. In most cases, international packages are delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee products, since all coffee is roasted to order.

Due to the made to order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a fault with the product. However please contact us if you have any problems and we will do our best to help.

Received a faulty product?

If an item is faulty (see definition below) or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item. In an instance where a faulty or damaged item has been received please contact us providing photos.

*Faulty or damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes in t-shirts that are present BEFORE being washed. Posters received damaged or misprinted. Receipt of a different product, size, color or design to what was ordered. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.

Can I exchange my product?

We don't offer product exchanges at this time, but if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact boardgames@meepledesign.com and we'll take a look at your case.

Where do I send my product for a return or refund?

When we receive your returned item, we’ll contact you by email to let you know. All refunds (full or partial) apply to the order amount only, excluding the shipping costs.

Coffee

Is the coffee fairtrade?

Meeple Coffees do not have the “Fairtrade” designation however all of our coffees are speciality coffees.

What is speciality coffee?

Speciality coffee is defined as any coffee that scores above 80 points on a 100 point scale.

Typically, speciality coffee is grown at high altitudes, with much care and attention from the farmer. From there, it is sold at a premium to coffee traders, or direct to roasters.

It commands a higher price that cover the farmers costs of production along with a quality premium that is often up to 100 per cent higher than what would be paid by a Fairtrade buyer.

What is coffee for tabletop gamers?

It's great coffee to be drunk and shared during your gaming sessions (or at any other time you fancy a coffee).

Whether you are explorer with your adventuring party, tackling the latest scenario, expanding your industrial empire, scouting the outer reaches of space or being sneaky with your friends, our coffee is for you.

We aim to be your coffee source with speciality coffees and cool artwork to connect to. By tabletop gamers for tabletop gamers.

How should I store my coffee?

To help keep your coffee as fresh as possible store in a cool, dark, dry place like the lower of a dungeon or a cupboard will do.

Taking coffee in and out of the fridge can cause condensation so avoid storing in a fridge if possible.

Subscription

How does a coffee subscription work?

When you're on one of our coffee or tea product pages, you'll see the option for "Subscribe & Save."  Choose this option before adding to cart to become a subscriber.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries at a discounted rate (10% off).

These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Can I edit or pause my subscription?

Either navigate to your subscription confirmation email or visit this page. Once there, input the email associated with your subscription, and enter the temporary code that is sent to you to see your active subscriptions. Alternatively, reach out to us at boardgames@meepledesign.com and we can make the edits manually.  Thanks for being a subscriber!
